Project includes construction of a new four (4) story Building of approximately 130,000 square-feet and relocation of the following existing major functions (key project features) from the current Authority administration building:
State Prevailing Wage and Project Labor Agreements are required.
Local, Small, Veteran Business Participation Goals
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Silver Certification
(2 Step Process) for all future bidding
All future bidders will be identified from Step 1: PlanetBids registration.
Trade package bidders will be required to meet/exceen specific Local, Small, Veteran goals.
